Terms of use

Account

• You can create an account if you are at least 16.
• Give true information and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• You can delete your account at any time in the settings or by following the Account deletion page.

What you upload

• Upload only photos you took yourself or have the right to use.
• By uploading, you give me a free, non-exclusive permission to store the photo and its details, edit them, for example crop them, publish them in the repository and use them in my thesis. The permission continues after you delete your account. The record then stays without your name.
• The copyright in the graffiti itself belongs to its authors.
• Try not to photograph people in a way that makes them recognisable, and avoid car number plates.

Graffiti and the law

The app documents graffiti and helps you find legal walls. It does not support damaging other people's property. Where and what you spray is your own responsibility. If a wall is not marked as legal, you need its owner's permission.

What is not allowed

In the app you must not:

• upload content that is illegal, offensive or infringes the rights of others,
• publish other people's personal data,
• send spam, harass anyone or write fake ratings,
• give deliberately wrong answers in the community review,
• get around the app's limits or disrupt how it works.

Marketplace

The marketplace only connects clients with artists. You agree on the scope of the work, the price, the payment and the deadline between yourselves, and I am not a party to that agreement. The client is responsible for getting the wall owner's consent.

I am not responsible for the result of the work, the payment or any damage caused during an order. Write ratings honestly and only about orders you actually took part in.

Moderation

I can hide or remove content that breaks these terms. If someone breaks them repeatedly or seriously, I can suspend the account. You can report unsuitable content right in the app.

Availability and liability

The app is a student project. I provide it as it is, without any guarantee that it will always be available, and it may change or end. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for lost data or for damage caused by using it. This does not affect the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

Privacy

The Privacy page describes how I process your data.

Changes and contact

I may change these terms. A new version applies from the date at the top, and I will tell you about significant changes in the app. These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. Send questions to samueltuka1@gmail.com.
